29 Sept.1962	Warrant issued to Peter M. Rasmussen as Provincial Grand Master, establishment of Provincial Grand Lodge, in Frankfurt/Main.
23 Oct. 1970	Autonomous status granted ACPGL by Warrant
10 July 1975	Grand Lodge Association (e.V.) registered with municipal authorities.
25 Oct. 1975	Code amended to reflect change of name to “American Canadian Grand Lodge, AF & AM.”
8 Dec. 1984	Grand Lodge Office is relocated from Hermann Str. 39 to The Masonic Hall, Krupp Str. 134, Frankfurt a. Main.
25 Apr. 1987	The Grand Lodge celebrates it’s 25th Silver Anniversary in Bad Kissingen in conjunction with the Annual Communication.
